Abhiraj Jayant is an Advocate practicing before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and various other courts and tribunals across the country. Prior to founding Obiter Dicta Legal, he worked with several notable law firms, including R.K. Dewan & Co. and Jax Law. He also served as the Chief Legal Counsel to the Shemrock and Shemford Group of Schools, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s legal compliances, contractual arrangements, and litigation matters.

Over the course of his career, he has represented and secured favourable outcomes for several clients, including Parle, Daikin, Gala, Everycom Electronics, and Miracles Healthcare, among others. He also regularly advises Public Sector Undertakings and private companies on a wide range of complex legal issues.

He maintains a keen interest in emerging areas of law and frequently contributes articles to newspapers such as Dainik Jagran and legal platforms like LiveLaw.
